Distance sales terms
Scope
Product, total price, delivery and payment method are shown in the Clothers checkout before purchase. Completing an order requires accepting the preliminary information and the distance sales agreement.
Delivery
In-stock goods normally ship within 1–3 business days. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days. If performance becomes impossible, the customer is notified and collected amounts are refunded.
Withdrawal and returns
Except for statutory exceptions, consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Clothers extends this to 30 days for unworn products with tags attached. Start a return at hello@clothers.com.
Exceptions
Statutory exceptions apply to personalised products, unsealed hygiene-sensitive goods and products otherwise unsuitable for return. Any exception is disclosed on the product page and before payment.
Disputes
Mandatory consumer protection rights in the customer's country of residence remain unaffected.
